John Lambe is noted for his
high quality items. He was apprenticed to Ebenezer Coker, as was Thomas
Chawner. His first recorded mark was 8th February 1774 as a
spoon-maker although it is assumed he entered a mark before this which will
have been recorded in the missing registers. His latest mark was entered in
