This is a pair of bright cut engraved tongs. The engraving is of a lovely elaborate style, finishing just above the tops of the bowls. These tongs do not have a squared and concave bow but they do have a bevelled edge to the arms. They are blessed with a monogram "KI".

These tongs are dated 1812/13
