These are a pair of solid cast tongs, Despite these solid cast tongs being stronger than the open-sork examples, this pair of tongs still has a repair. The interesting feature of these tongs is the bottom of the arms. The last 2 cms is circular (actually semi-circular as the inside is flat). This is quite unusual.
