These are a pair of fairly standard shape and style bright cut sugar tongs. They have a nice betrothal monogram and prick dot pattern of lines in the bowls which are of a standard size. We see with later Urquhart & Hart tongs that they changed their style towards larger than normal bowls. The maker's mark has a pellet between the letters.
