These are a pair of fairly standard shape and style bright cut sugar tongs. They are decorated with a simple feather edge engraving that extends around the bowls. The bowls are of a standard size. We see with later Urquhart & Hart tongs that they changed their style towards larger than normal bowls. The maker's mark has a pellet between the letters.
