This is a pair of very ordinary "Old English" style tongs. The only slightly unusual feature is that the arms are a tiny bit wider than normal where they join the bowls. The maker's mark has not been overstruck on these tongs.

 I have estimated the date of these tongs at around 1780 to 1784.
