This is a pair of straight edge bright cut tongs with quite pointed bowls that have a zig-zag prick dot pattern running through them. The maker's mark has reverted to the more normal rectangular punch. From the shape of the Lion & Duty mark, I have dated them at c1800, because the shape of the Lion Passant has now changed.
