Robert Scott II went into partnership with Robert Pinkney I in 1778. This partnership lasted twelve years and then they amicably disolved their partnership on 8th May 1790. This is a lovely pair of flared, bright cut tongs. From the hallmark they will be dated some time between 1786 & 1790.
