Again, there are several makers of this period who could have made these sugar tongs, but I think they are most likely to have been made by Joseph Savory I. They are dated c1775. They have the, by now familiar, engraved Adam style flower at the shoulder and again a repair. This repair is a little unusual in that it is so big. I think it more likely that it is 2 repairs.
