These are a pair of fairly standard shape and style bright cut sugar tongs. They have prick dot wavy lines in the bowls. Sadly they have been repaired. The repair is just about visible from the outside, but can clearly be seen from the inside. This type of soldered repair is very common with Georgian sugar tongs.
