These are a pair of fairly standard shape and style bright cut sugar tongs. They have a lovely leaf type pattern in the tops of the bowls.  An unusual feature of these tongs is that the maker's mark is struck twice, once each side of the arms. The maker's mark has a pellet between the letters.
